About the Role
Precision for Medicine is the first global precision medicine clinical research services organization, purpose-built to bridge the gap between complex science and clinical success. We integrate clinical operations excellence with advanced laboratory expertise and data sciences to inform every stage of the drug development lifecycle, from early development through regulatory approval. We are currently seeking an accomplished Senior Marketing Manager to lead high-impact strategic initiatives for our expanding Autoimmune therapeutic area and our core Clinical Research Organization (CRO) portfolio. In this highly autonomous role, you will act as a strategic partner to our sales and operational teams, translating global objectives into sophisticated marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth and elevate our brand presence across the global clinical development landscape.
As a key leader within our marketing organization, you will be responsible for shaping the narrative of our service offerings. This involves a deep dive into our Full-Service Outsourcing (FSO) and Functional Service Provider (FSP) models to ensure our value proposition is clearly articulated to biotechnology and pharmaceutical partners. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, leveraging your industry expertise to navigate the complexities of precision medicine and oncology-adjacent therapeutic areas. Your ability to combine creative storytelling with analytical rigor will be essential in maintaining our position as an industry leader and ensuring our sales teams are equipped to succeed in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategic planning and execution of comprehensive marketing efforts for the Autoimmune therapeutic area, Clinical Functional Service Provider (FSP) models, and Full-Service Outsourcing (FSO) solutions.
- Develop and refine advanced messaging frameworks using Feature, Advantage, and Benefit (FAB) structures to clearly differentiate our value proposition in the competitive CRO market.
- Design and deliver integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on high-quality lead generation, market awareness, and brand authority.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to produce high-impact content, including white papers, case studies, webinars, and digital assets that resonate with key decision-makers.
- Empower the global sales organization by providing sophisticated collateral, competitive intelligence, and the strategic tools necessary to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI and inform future strategic pivots and investment decisions.
- Manage the transition of complex scientific data and operational excellence into compelling narratives that influence the adoption of our services across the drug development continuum.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment between marketing, clinical operations, and laboratory services to ensure a unified market approach.
- Extensive experience in strategic marketing within the Clinical Research Organization (CRO) or broader Life Sciences industry is strictly required.
- Proven track record of success in a senior marketing role, with specific experience in therapeutic area marketing; experience within Autoimmune or Oncology sectors is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, global environment while managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Expertise in developing integrated lead generation strategies and managing the full marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.
- Strong proficiency in messaging development and the ability to translate technical scientific capabilities into tangible business value for sponsors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and collaborate across diverse internal teams.
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to track and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field; an MBA or advanced scientific degree is considered a significant advantage.
