About the Role

ecosio is a fast-growing, innovative service company and a leading provider of B2B integration, specialising in electronic data interchange (EDI), Web EDI and e-invoicing. As part of Vertex, Inc., ecosio delivers cloud-based solutions to optimize global supply chains.

Key responsibilities include:

• Optimising e-invoicing and global supply chains by planning and technically implementing projects on a cloud platform.
• Communicating with worldwide partner companies, customers, and their suppliers.
• Acting as the interface between customers, their ERP Systems, and the ecosio SaaS platform.
• Independently progressing integration projects following handover from Sales.
• Serving as a technical sparring partner for customers to solve complex technical issues.
• Coordinating mappings for e-invoicing and EDI integration with the document engineering team.
