About the Role
Elite Technology is seeking a visionary and results-oriented Senior Director, Global Delivery Services to spearhead our customer delivery operations across the EMEA and APAC regions. This is a remote-first position requiring a strategic leader based within the UK time zone to effectively bridge our global operations and drive consistency in every engagement.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will orchestrate the intersection of technology and client success. You will be tasked with building and maintaining a world-class delivery infrastructure that supports rapid growth while maintaining the high levels of customer satisfaction that Elite is known for. By leveraging data-driven insights and sophisticated governance models, you will empower your teams to reduce billing cycles and unlock firm-wide insights for our clients, turning financial operations into a foundation for their innovation. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the global delivery organization across EMEA and APAC, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to operational best practices.
- Develop and implement sophisticated delivery governance frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project health and financial performance.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation and long-term value realization.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and the implementation of scalable delivery models.
- Oversee resource management and capacity planning to ensure the organization is equipped to meet growing market demand.
- Act as an executive sponsor for high-stakes client engagements, managing senior stakeholder relationships and resolving complex delivery challenges.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and high performance within the delivery organization.
- Ensure that all delivery activities align with Elites strategic goals, maintaining a focus on shortening billing cycles and maximizing client ROI through AI-driven insights.
- Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within a professional services or global delivery organization, specifically within the SaaS sector.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale delivery operations across multiple international regions, particularly EMEA and APAC.
- Deep understanding of the legal technology landscape or financial management software (FinTech) is highly preferred.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing departmental budgets, P&L, and project-based financial metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing, diverse teams in a remote and distributed environment.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex business objectives into actionable delivery plans.
- Experience with cloud-native platform implementations and a solid understanding of AI and predictive analytics in a business context.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Technology Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced certifications (PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
