Senior Cost Manager Estimator

About the Role

OCMI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cost Manager/Estimator to join our team in a key remote role. You will support one of the largest healthcare programs in the country, leading estimating efforts, overseeing quality control, and communicating cost strategies to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the firm to clients, peer organizations, and business associates with OCMI values.
• Explain cost deliverables, processes, and justifications in formal meetings, presentations, or negotiations as the lead representative.
• Provide detailed quantity take-offs and preliminary pricing for various construction project types.
• Review and interpret construction drawings to understand overall project scope.
• Support the development of comprehensive cost estimates and models communicating client strategic goals.
• Facilitate document control and file management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HCAI healthcare projects.
• Based in California or the West Coast time zone.
• Proven experience in cost management, reconciliation, and internal stakeholder interaction.
