In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of sophisticated AI solutions, ranging from large language model integrations to complex multi-agent orchestrations. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior AI Architect within the Lemon.io network, your daily activities will vary depending on the specific startup project, but generally include:
- Designing and deploying end-to-end AI application architectures from scratch, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Implementing advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and integrating high-performance vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate.
- Architecting multi-agent systems and AI agent orchestration frameworks to automate complex business workflows.
- Developing and optimizing integrations with LLMs, including OpenAI, Claude, and various open-source vLLMs.
- Collaborating directly with technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and architectural decisions.
- Setting up AI telemetry and monitoring systems to ensure the reliability and efficiency of deployed models and agents.
- Leading the automation of workflows using tools like Make.com, n8n, or Zapier, and integrating them with custom AI APIs.
- Maintaining high standards of code quality and technical documentation while working independently in an asynchronous, remote environment.
We are looking for seasoned professionals who meet the requirements for one or more of our specialized AI tracks:
- General AI Engineering: At least 3 years of commercial experience applying AI to practical solutions. Mastery of Python is required, along with 2+ years of mandatory experience in LangChain, RAG, and LLMs.
- AI Agent Architecture: 3+ years of experience with Python and LLMs, with specific expertise in multi-agent systems architecture and AI telemetry.
- AI Automation: Proficiency in workflow automation (Webhooks, SQL) and familiarity with AI API integrations and platforms like n8n or Zapier.
- Technical Depth: A deep understanding of application architecture and the ability to initiate and lead projects from the initial concept to production.
- Communication: Advanced English proficiency with the ability to justify architectural decisions and present technical concepts to clients clearly.
- Self-Management: Strong organizational skills and the reliability required to deliver results consistently without direct supervision.
