The Women Builders Council is looking for a dedicated and forward-thinking professional to join our growing team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee daily administrative operations to ensure organizational efficiency and alignment with our strategic goals.
- Coordinate with executive leadership to develop and implement outreach programs that increase membership engagement and visibility.
- Facilitate virtual networking events, webinars, and workshops designed to provide professional development for our members.
- Maintain and update member databases, ensuring high levels of data integrity and providing regular reports on growth metrics.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and representing the council’s values in every interaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling content for newsletters, social media, and industry publications.
- Support the planning and execution of annual conferences and regional advocacy initiatives.
- Proven experience in a professional administrative, project management, or advocacy-based role.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry or a deep commitment to learning the landscape of women’s professional advancement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in modern digital tools, including CRM software, project management platforms, and virtual meeting technologies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professional integrity.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
