  • Requirement Engineering: Collect and draft detailed user stories, ensuring all entries include clearly defined tasks and measurable acceptance criteria.
  • Backlog Management: Maintain a refined product backlog, collaborating closely with stakeholders to support quality assurance and requirement validation throughout the lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes in collaboration with project teams to identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable workflow enhancements.

  • Technical Tooling: Proven expertise in Jira, with the ability to manage, configure, and integrate complex Jira boards across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Client Engagement: Demonstrated experience leading client delivery engagements and effectively communicating with senior-level client management and stakeholders.
  • Agile Advocacy: The ability to articulate and teach fundamental Agile framework concepts to technical personnel and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Security Clearance: An active Secret security clearance is required for this position to support national security initiatives.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on collaborative documentation and reporting.

Benefits
  • Industry Impact: The unique opportunity to contribute to projects that directly impact defense and national security infrastructures.
  • Professional Growth: Access to a comprehensive professional development program, including tuition assistance and support for advanced certifications.
  • Total Rewards: A competitive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance alongside retirement savings options.
  • Work-Life Integration: A culture that prioritizes employee well-being, offering a flexible remote work environment and a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
