About the Role

This role joins the Sales Strategy team to drive strategic initiatives aligned to supporting topline revenue growth for new product launches. You will work cross-functionally with leadership to develop long-term sales strategies, assess market needs, and manage in-year execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead GTM sales strategy and execution for new product launches as part of dedicated New Product Pods.
  • Own end-to-end strategic understanding of priority products and coordinate cross-functional efforts and executive messaging.
  • Conduct rigorous analyses to turn data into meaningful insights and drive actionable recommendations for long-term growth.
  • Bring the voice of the customer to guide investment decisions across Field Operations and GTM functions.
  • Develop business cases and operational plans to uncover performance improvements and unlock productivity.
  • Support three-year and annual planning, providing insights to inform resource investment for new products.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to create 'connective tissue' across the organization.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, Sales Strategy, or other analytical roles.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with a deep sense of curiosity.
  • Experience building trusting relationships and influencing executive audiences.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong bias for action.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA degree.
  • Experience working with large data sets using DataBricks, BigQuery, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, or Gong to accelerate delivery.
  • Specific experience in GTM Strategy with a focus on new products.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
