About the Role
Hostaway is an industry-leading, AI-powered vacation rental management platform. We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our June Hiring Class and help expand our footprint in North America.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries in the North American market.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Qualify leads by understanding business needs and effectively communicating Hostaway's value proposition.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute strategic outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and prospect interactions within the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
- Previous outbound sales experience within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong prospecting and cold calling skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) is preferred.
- Fluency in English; a second language is considered an advantage.
- Must be physically based in North America.
