About the Role
Jeeves is a global financial operating system providing corporate cards, cross-border payments, and spend management software. We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our rapidly growing team and help scale our sales organization across the LATAM market.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and research potential clients to generate a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.
- Conduct outbound sales efforts via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media using personalized messaging.
- Qualify leads based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified prospects.
- Track and report on performance metrics including outreach efforts and conversion rates.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles within financial services, payments, or fintech.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, and qualification frameworks.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo.
- Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.
- Deep understanding of the fintech industry and a customer-centric mindset.
