Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of virtual events, webinars, and professional development workshops designed for women in the industry.
  • Draft high-quality correspondence, reports, and promotional materials that effectively communicate the organization’s impact and advocacy efforts.
  • Maintain and update member databases, ensuring accurate records for reporting and targeted communication campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the executive board to facilitate committee meetings and track progress on key policy initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional support to members, addressing inquiries and connecting them with relevant resources and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in organizational management, program coordination, or a related professional role.
  • Strong background in the construction industry or non-profit sector is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders professionally.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and accountability.
  • Proficiency in digital collaboration tools, including project management software, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the advancement of women and minority professionals in traditionally underrepresented fields.
