Whether you are leading technical definitions for registration systems, identity management, or complex payment gateways, your goal will be to create repeatable models that enable our teams to move with speed and precision. We are looking for a builder who thrives in ambiguity and possesses the technical depth to navigate from a high-level product narrative down to a detailed sequence diagram without losing context.
Key Responsibilities- Define the Solution Management Function: You will establish the frameworks, tools, and standards for how our organization translates product roadmaps into actionable technical blueprints and requirements.
- Shape Global Solution Design Practices: Act as the connective tissue between cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency and technical scalability across multiple international markets.
- Drive Major Cross-Functional Initiatives: Lead by example in defining technical requirements for high-impact domains such as identity, payments, promotions, and player engagement systems.
- Collaborate with Architecture Teams: Ensure all proposed solutions align with our unified architecture strategy, performance benchmarks, and strict global regulatory requirements.
- Enable Engineering Velocity: Build and implement repeatable models for backlog refinement, dependency management, and system-level feasibility assessments to reduce friction in the development process.
- Mentor and Multiply: Act as a coach to other Product Managers and Engineers, fostering a culture of systems thinking and excellence in technical requirement writing.
- Measure and Evolve: Define and monitor key metrics to assess the quality of technical solutions, the predictability of delivery, and the ultimate impact on business outcomes like player retention and activation.
- Extensive Professional Experience: At least 7 years of experience in product management, engineering, or solution architecture, ideally within high-scale, regulated environments such as fintech, streaming, or gaming.
- Proven Technical Leadership: A demonstrated track record of building and leading technical product practices, including solution definition and organizational architecture alignment.
- Deep Technical Fluency: A comprehensive understanding of modern software architectures, including APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Analytical and Visual Thinker: The ability to translate abstract product concepts into technical documentation, sequence diagrams, and system designs.
- Compliance and Security Expertise: Hands-on familiarity with data privacy standards, KYC (Know Your Customer) protocols, and complex compliance-driven workflows.
