Revenue Specialist First Party Auto MVA

About the Role

EnableComp is a leading provider of Specialty Revenue Cycle Management solutions, leveraging its E360 RCM™ platform to improve financial sustainability for healthcare organizations. The Revenue Specialist, First Party Auto, investigates and analyzes Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) accounts to identify benefits and resolve outstanding balances.

• Conduct online medical research of MVA claim payments using proprietary software and tools.
• Research, acquire, and review medical records and provider notes to submit hospital claims to insurance companies.
• Conduct timely follow-up with payers to ensure supporting documentation is received and claims are processed.
• Prepare and submit correct MVA billing packets with necessary documentation.
• Communicate with patients and insurance adjusters regarding claim status and resolution.
• Review payer Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to determine appropriate actions for claim balances.

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare billing or collections.
• 1+ years of experience with MVA claim resolution preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Intermediate understanding of insurance payer/provider claims processing for MVA and first-party auto claims.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
