Key Responsibilities- Execute high-end, non-destructive photo retouching for luxury fashion editorial content, ensuring a natural yet elevated aesthetic.
- Perform advanced color correction, skin retouching, and fabric enhancement to maintain texture and detail while achieving brand-specific looks.
- Maintain absolute consistency across large volumes of brand imagery to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
- Manage a high-volume workflow, handling multiple projects simultaneously from initial briefing through to final delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with Art Directors and creative teams to interpret visual directions and implement feedback accurately.
- Utilize expert-level knowledge of color theory and color management to ensure accuracy across various digital and print formats.
- Stay updated on the latest industry software and emerging technologies, including the integration of AI-assisted retouching workflows.
- Self-manage schedules and priorities to meet tight production deadlines without compromising on the quality of work.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional retouching experience within a high-volume studio, agency, or luxury brand environment.
- A world-class portfolio demonstrating expertise in high-end fashion, beauty, or editorial retouching.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, with a deep understanding of layers, masks, and non-destructive editing.
- Profound knowledge of color theory, color grading, and color management systems.
- Experience or strong interest in editing and refining AI-generated imagery to meet brand standards.
- A keen eye for luxury fashion trends and an understanding of the visual language used by top-tier global brands.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
