Retail Strategic Associate

About the Role

Rowan is an innovative ear-piercing and jewelry brand focused on safety and celebration. The Retail Strategic Associate plays a key supporting role within the retail field organization, working at the intersection of strategy and execution to support revenue growth and streamline operations across a fleet of 100+ studios.

• Support revenue-driving initiatives, including increasing attachment rates and expanding basket size through consultative approaches.
• Organize and streamline communication with Studio Managers, including weekly updates and best practice sharing.
• Monitor key performance metrics across studios to identify trends and optimization opportunities for studio health.
• Build standardized decks for weekly district and monthly regional meetings to ensure consistency.
• Develop and maintain structured approaches to recurring business challenges to ensure scalability across the field.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in HR, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to address underperformance.
• Maintain and update training documentation for studio operations in partnership with the Chief of Staff.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail operations, field support, consulting, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail).
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with field leadership.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Experience with retail communication platforms like Yoobic is a plus.
