About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-obsessed Studio Sales Associate to join our team in our Butler Town Center studio location. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional piercing and shopping experience for our customers, supporting the team on weekends, and ensuring the studio maintains Rowan's high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet customers and help them choose and style their piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry.
• Promote and upsell products, including non-piercing jewelry and aftercare kits, to meet sales targets.
• Process transactions accurately via POS systems and maintain accurate customer records and consent forms.
• Maintain studio hygiene and organization, following all health and safety regulations related to piercing procedures.
• Collaborate with Studio Managers and Nurse Piercers to provide seamless service and achieve studio-wide goals.

Experience & Requirements:

• Retail or service industry experience preferred.
• Availability to work 2-3 shifts per week, including required availability on Sundays.
• Strong communication, basic math skills, and a 'can-do' attitude.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 25 pounds.
• A passion for jewelry and delivering exceptional customer service.
