• Develop and implement comprehensive resource mobilization strategies to secure funding and support from corporate donors, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Identify and research potential partners across various sectors, including Engineering firms, Financial institutions, and Commercial enterprises.
• Craft compelling proposals and presentations that align the organization’s vision with the philanthropic goals of prospective donors.
• Manage the end-to-end donor lifecycle, from initial outreach and cultivation to stewardship and long-term relationship management.
• Collaborate with internal technical and finance teams to understand project requirements and translate them into fundable initiatives.
• Monitor global and local market trends to identify new avenues for resource procurement and strategic partnerships.
• Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and high-level meetings to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and financial contributions using internal management systems.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, fundraising, or strategic partnership management, preferably in a non-profit or large-scale project environment.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex project details to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand financial reports and technical project scopes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and accountability.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for cultural and social development projects.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and CRM software.
