  • Providing expert advice and guidance to legal practitioners, litigants, and internal stakeholders regarding court procedures and documentation.
  • Driving process improvements to increase the efficiency of case management and reduce delays within the justice system.
  • Managing physical and digital court records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborating with senior management to develop and refine policies that promote enhanced access to justice for diverse community groups.
  • Supervising and mentoring registry staff, fostering a culture of professional excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Proven ability to interpret and apply complex legislation, regulations, and procedural rules accurately.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and driving organisational change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including judicial officers and the general public.
  • A commitment to innovation and the ability to leverage digital tools to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Law, Public Administration, or a related field are highly desirable.
  • High-level problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain composure and professional judgment under pressure.

  • Access to comprehensive employee assistance programs and wellness initiatives.
  • The security and stability of a long-term career with a respected public sector employer.
