About the Role

Brave Health is a community health-centered organization dedicated to expanding access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care through technology. We are looking for full-time Associate Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our 100% remote telehealth program.

Requirements:

• Master's level degree and appropriate licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
• A private, HIPAA-compliant workspace for patient safety
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnosis
• Proficiency in treatment planning and comprehensive assessments
• Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal digital tools
• Experience partnering with clients to achieve therapeutic goals
