About the Role
Pivotal Health is a technology platform that helps healthcare providers navigate complex reimbursement workflows. We combine software, data, and AI to help providers dispute underpaid claims and recover entitled revenue. As a Regional Sales Executive reporting to the CRO, you will be responsible for driving new business with hospitals and health systems across assigned regions.
What You’ll Do- Build relationships with health system CFOs, Revenue Cycle, and Finance leadership to generate pipeline.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial outreach through to closing.
- Develop account strategies, identify decision-makers, and align solutions to customer ROI and priorities.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene within Salesforce.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and identify expansion opportunities.
- 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in healthcare IT or SaaS.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets selling into health systems.
- Strong understanding of acute care environments, including Revenue Cycle and Finance workflows.
- Experience selling to executive stakeholders such as CFOs and VPs of Finance.
- Comfortable in an early-stage, fast-moving environment with high ownership.
