We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Director for the DACH region to join our mission-driven team. Reporting to the VP of EMEA Sales, you will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition and expanding our footprint within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This is a pivotal role for an expert sales professional who thrives in an evolving cybersecurity landscape and is passionate about delivering transformative security outcomes to enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and close new business opportunities within the DACH region, focusing on large enterprise logos across diverse industries.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to complex contract negotiations and closing.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to penetrate the Germany, Austria, and Switzerland markets effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with key channel partners and distributors to amplify reach and facilitate seamless implementation for customers.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly revenue targets to the VP of EMEA Sales.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on SpyCloud’s suite of Anti-Fraud and Cybersecurity solutions, articulating clear value propositions to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Represent SpyCloud at regional industry events and travel throughout the DACH region as necessary to foster executive-level relationships.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a feedback loop that aligns with regional market needs.

Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, specifically within the Cybersecurity or Anti-Fraud sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the DACH market landscape, including cultural nuances, business practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Extensive experience working with channel ecosystems, distributors, and value-added resellers (VARs) in Europe.
  • Demonstrated ability to hunt for new business and successfully transition cold leads into long-term enterprise customers.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Fluency in German and English is required to effectively manage stakeholders and customers across the territory.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative member of a remote, international team.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom with the ability to travel frequently across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
