About the Role
DoorDash is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Recruiter to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) Sales team and help drive the next phase of our global growth. In this pivotal role, you will be much more than a recruiter; you will act as a talent advisor and business partner, collaborating closely with Sales leadership to design and execute high-impact hiring strategies that bring exceptional talent into our revenue organization. As we continue to expand our market presence, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for various sales segments, including Enterprise and SMB organizations across inside, outside, and strategic sales motions. Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of Go-to-Market sales roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
- Partner with Sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, Compensation, and Sales Operations to align on headcount planning and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier sales talent in a competitive market.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing data-driven insights on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the recruiting lifecycle to increase efficiency and maintain high standards for candidate quality.
- Lead calibration meetings and interview debriefs to ensure objective hiring decisions and alignment with DoorDash’s core values.
- Negotiate complex offers and handle candidate closing with a high degree of professionalism and transparency.
- Utilize recruiting metrics and data to track progress, optimize performance, and report on hiring health to executive leadership.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter with a focus on Go-to-Market or Sales hiring within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of different sales motions, including Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB sales structures.
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, particularly within sales leadership.
- Experience working with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and advanced sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to use data to tell a story and drive recruitment strategy.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing high-level talent.
