About the Role

As Airship continues to redefine how the world’s most iconic brands—such as Alaska Airlines, the BBC, and The Home Depot—engage with their customers, we are looking for a passionate Recruiter to join our high-performing People and Talent team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor and the primary architect of our organizational growth. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the diverse talent needed to scale our no-code, AI-powered platform, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the customer experience industry. We are looking for an individual who does not just fill open requisitions, but actively builds teams that thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver hyper-personalized, meaningful interactions to millions of users across the globe every day.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that every hire aligns with Airship's mission, values, and long-term strategic goals. You will move beyond traditional recruiting to become a true business partner to our various internal departments.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, from initial strategy meetings and intake sessions with hiring managers to final offer negotiations and closing.
  • Proactively source and engage top-tier passive candidates through creative outreach, digital networking, and the sophisticated use of advanced sourcing tools and social platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, People Business Partners, and Talent Operations to define specific role requirements, refine job descriptions, and establish effective, competency-based interview rubrics.
  • Deliver a seamless and highly engaging candidate experience, prioritizing transparency, empathy, and timely communication throughout every stage of the hiring journey.
  • Utilize data and recruiting metrics to monitor pipeline health, identify potential bottlenecks in the hiring process, and provide actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the Talent Operations team to optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows and contribute to impactful employer branding initiatives that showcase Airship’s culture.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every search, ensuring our hiring practices are equitable, unbiased, and designed to reach a broad spectrum of qualified candidates.
Qualifications

We are searching for a recruiter who possesses a unique blend of technical savvy, human intuition, and a relentless drive for excellence. You should have a proven track record of success in a high-growth technology environment where agility is key.

  • Proven experience as a full-cycle Recruiter, ideally within the SaaS, Artificial Intelligence, or mobile technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and close high-level talent across various functions, including engineering, sales, marketing, and product management.
  • Strong technical competency with modern recruitment tools and ATS platforms, specifically Greenhouse or Lever, alongside mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build immediate trust with candidates at all levels.
  • A data-driven mindset with the analytical ability to use hiring metrics to tell a story and drive better hiring outcomes for the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
  • A high degree of resilience and adaptability, focusing on delivering results while maintaining a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
Benefits

At Airship, we believe in supporting our team members so they can do their best work. Joining our team means being part of a global culture that values innovation, well-being, and professional growth.
