Key ResponsibilitiesThe Merchandising Execution Team is the backbone of our stores visual and functional strategy. Your primary focus will be the flawless execution of merchandising standards and projects that drive sales and enhance the customer journey. You will work closely with regional teams to implement planograms with precision, ensuring that every product is exactly where it needs to be to maximize accessibility and appeal. This includes maintaining stock levels, verifying pricing accuracy, and setting up complex seasonal displays that define the shopping experience across our digital and physical storefronts.
- Lead the implementation of national merchandising projects and regional resets.
- Maintain high visual standards by ensuring planogram compliance and product integrity.
- Collaborate with store leadership to identify inventory opportunities and sales drivers.
- Execute seasonal transitions and promotional displays to engage customers.
- Utilize internal reporting tools to track project progress and store performance metrics.
- Mentor and guide team members on merchandising best practices and safety standards.
To thrive in this role, you should possess a blend of analytical thinking and hands-on capability. We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record in retail merchandising or a similar environment where attention to detail is paramount. You must be comfortable working with digital tools and software used for inventory tracking and project management. A background in reading and executing planograms is highly desirable, as is the ability to handle the logistical requirements of the role, including managing merchandise flow and setting up displays safely and efficiently.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail merchandising or project management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate teamwork and vendor relations.

- Proficiency in using handheld technology and inventory management systems.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business or marketing is an asset.
