About the Role

Esteem is looking for a multi-talented Quality Control and IT Systems Specialist to oversee our comprehensive digital and technical infrastructure. In this dual-capacity role, you will be the primary custodian of our hardware, network security, and software systems, ensuring seamless operational continuity across our production and administrative environments. We are seeking a proactive problem-solver who can bridge the gap between traditional IT management and technical quality control, maintaining the high standards that our clients expect from our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a robust hardware ecosystem consisting of over 60 workstations, including 30 desktop units, 31 laptops, and mobile integrated devices.
• Administer high-security server environments, overseeing two primary servers and managing a secure BlackBoxMail server for 25 internal accounts.
• Architect and maintain comprehensive network configurations including LAN, WAN, Wireless, and VPN protocols to ensure secure remote and local connectivity.
• Supervise the facility's security infrastructure, maintaining 54 CCTV cameras and 3 DVR systems to ensure constant surveillance and safety.
• Act as the primary administrator for PPMS Software, handling all data entries, performing complex queries, and collaborating with programmers for system optimizations.
• Drive technical innovation by developing small-scale applications and custom software solutions to streamline internal business processes.
• Maintain specialized industrial equipment software, including EPBX, CNC, and SPM machine program backups, as well as PLC-based machine software and attendance tracking systems.
• Utilize creative suites such as CorelDraw and Photoshop to design product packaging, boxes, and customer-specific marking requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT assets and coordinate with box suppliers to ensure design fidelity and quality.
• Support administrative and regulatory functions, including product CD catalog arrangement and coordination with excise departments on pending documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in Systems Administration, Network Engineering, or a technical Quality Control role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in server management, network security protocols, and VPN configuration.
• Technical expertise in maintaining industrial software, including PLC, CNC, and SPM programming backups.
• Advanced skills in Graphic Design software, specifically CorelDraw and Adobe Photoshop, for commercial packaging and marking design.
• Familiarity with ERP or PPMS software management and basic application development.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage hardware procurement and vendor relationships effectively.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities for both internet-related issues and complex hardware malfunctions.
