Dart is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Systems Specialist to join our dynamic Project Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the technical backbone of our project management systems, ensuring seamless information management, peak system performance, and the delivery of high-impact, data-driven reporting that fuels operational excellence across our diverse project portfolio.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration and technical health of our project management software. Your daily mission includes providing high-level technical support to internal users, resolving system issues promptly, and maintaining comprehensive administration policies. You will work closely with IT and technical stakeholders to ensure system reliability and long-term functionality.
- Deliver daily technical support and troubleshooting for project management systems, acting as the primary point of contact for user queries.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring all platforms remain responsive and secure.
- Develop and maintain complex reporting solutions using SSRS, Power BI, and other automated dashboard tools to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure system configurations align with specific project goals and delivery deadlines.
- Implement and manage QA/QC measures to safeguard data accuracy and system integrity across all platforms.
- Evaluate and refine information management processes to drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
- Perform occasional on-site system inspections, which may include standing, walking, and handling light equipment to ensure field-to-office data alignment.

- A Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a systems administration or technical support capacity.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing and managing SSRS reporting.
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Crystal Reports.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with C# is considered a significant advantage.
- Direct experience supporting or administering project management software, with a preference for candidates familiar with PMWeb.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical users.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites and perform physical inspections as required by the role.
