Donut Studios, the in-house creative powerhouse of New Engen, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to bridge the gap between creative vision and operational execution. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our client engagements, ensuring that every piece of platform-native digital content is delivered with precision and impact. You will join a collaborative collective of strategists, designers, and creators who are dedicated to helping ambitious brands thrive in a fast-paced digital landscape.
As a Project Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with our Senior Project Manager to navigate the complexities of creative production. This is an ideal opportunity for an organized problem-solver who enjoys bringing order to chaos and thrives on maintaining team alignment. Whether you are managing day-to-day task tracking in Asana or facilitating clear communication between internal teams and clients, your work will directly contribute to the success of performance-driven campaigns for some of the world’s most recognized brands.
Key Responsibilities- Project Lifecycle Management: Own the day-to-day project timelines and creative workflows, ensuring all deliverables stay on schedule from initial brief through to final delivery.
- Strategic Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, providing polished forecasts and status reports to both internal creative teams and external clients.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate project trackers and monitor resource allocation to identify potential risks early, proactively resolving bottlenecks before they impact deadlines.
- Workflow Innovation: Support the implementation of AI-powered workflows and automation tools to increase team efficiency and stay at the forefront of digital marketing operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with designers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure project scopes are clearly defined and milestones are met with high-quality output.
- Problem Solving: Remove daily roadblocks and escalate critical issues when necessary to maintain momentum across multiple high-priority deliverables.
- Professional Experience: 2-4 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably within a digital marketing agency or a fast-paced creative services environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level familiarity with Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, and Airtable (or equivalent project management software).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex project data in a clear, professional manner.
- Tech-Forward Mindset: A willingness to embrace new technologies, including AI-powered tools, to optimize project delivery and team productivity.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining extreme attention to detail in a shifting, high-growth environment.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
