About the Role

Aisle and Abroad is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the backbone of our project management office, ensuring that both internal initiatives and client-facing deliverables are executed with precision and efficiency. Whether you are looking to launch your career in project management or transition into a structured corporate environment, this position offers a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the tools and methodologies needed to excel in a fast-paced, 100% remote setting. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our seasoned Project Managers to navigate complex timelines and maintain the high standards our clients expect. You will be entrusted with sensitive project documentation, requiring a high level of integrity and professional discretion. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized individual who thrives on order, clear communication, and the satisfaction of seeing a project move from conception to successful completion through diligent tracking and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers in the development and maintenance of comprehensive project timelines, milestones, and specific deliverables.
  • Proactively track project progress across multiple departments, ensuring all status reports are updated accurately and circulated to the relevant parties in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including the preparation of agendas, detailed note-taking, and the rigorous follow-up of assigned action items to ensure momentum.
  • Maintain a highly organized and secure project documentation system, ensuring all shared files and assets are categorized and easily accessible to authorized team members.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise project updates and answering routine inquiries.
  • Monitor project health by identifying potential risks, flagging delays to project leadership proactively, and suggesting mitigation strategies to keep workflows on track.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal processes by identifying bottlenecks and proposing more efficient ways to manage data and communication.

Qualifications
  • A high school diploma is required for this role; however, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • A natural aptitude for technology; familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is considered a significant advantage.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside within the country for this remote position.
  • Willingness to undergo and pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check due to the sensitive nature of our client data and internal projects.
  • While no prior experience in project coordination is required, candidates must demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow within the project management field.

Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $45,000 to $58,000, depending on background and skills.
  • 100% remote work environment, offering the flexibility to work from your preferred home office location within the United States.
  • Comprehensive on-the-job training and professional development opportunities to jumpstart your career in project management.
  • A collaborative and inclusive company culture that values transparency, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Access to modern project management tools and resources to help you succeed in your day-to-day tasks.
