Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will play a vital part in the product lifecycle and the digital transformation of our services. Your daily activities will include:
- Identifying and documenting opportunities for innovation to enhance the digital journey of our diverse client base.
- Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary squads, including Technology, Operations, Business Development, and Customer Experience teams.
- Gathering and analyzing complex requirements to ensure that new features align with both user needs and business objectives.
- Assisting in the end-to-end implementation of new functionalities, from initial concept to quality assurance and launch.
- Participating in strategic projects focused on digital transformation and the integration of Artificial Intelligence tools to automate and optimize processes.
- Monitoring market trends and emerging technologies to propose proactive improvements for our digital product portfolio.
We are looking for candidates who possess a blend of academic excellence and a proactive mindset. To be successful in this program, you should meet the following criteria:
- Advanced student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Demonstrated interest in Digital Products, UX (User Experience), Artificial Intelligence, and the FinTech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable digital solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for working across various departments and stakeholders.
- A growth mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing environments.
- Previous experience or internships in technology or financial sectors is a plus, but not mandatory for this entry-level professional program.
