Key ResponsibilitiesThe core of this role involves the development and delivery of high-quality, personalized educational content. Your daily tasks will focus on ensuring that every session is productive, engaging, and aligned with the student's specific academic objectives.
- Plan, prepare, and execute tailored educational activities and lesson plans that address the individual learning gaps and strengths of each student.
- Provide comprehensive academic accompaniment, monitoring progress over time and adjusting teaching strategies to ensure consistent improvement.
- Foster an inclusive, safe, and encouraging digital classroom environment that promotes student engagement and emotional well-being.
- Identify specific learning difficulties or special educational needs (SEN) and propose innovative pedagogical solutions to overcome these challenges.
- Prepare students for specific school exams, entrance tests, and evaluations by providing practice materials, study techniques, and time-management strategies.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with students and, when necessary, their families to provide feedback on academic milestones.
- Utilize digital tools and online platforms to create interactive and dynamic learning experiences that keep students motivated and focused.
We are looking for candidates who possess a strong academic background combined with the empathy and patience required for specialized teaching. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a deep understanding of modern pedagogical theories.
- A university degree in Education, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, or a closely related field is mandatory.
- Proven experience in providing academic support or tutoring, particularly with students who have special educational needs or learning dependencies (highly desirable).
- Demonstrated ability to design, adapt, and implement educational materials that cater to different learning styles and cognitive abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a flexible schedule while maintaining a high level of professional responsibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, with the ability to explain complex topics in an accessible manner.
- Technical proficiency in using video conferencing software, digital whiteboards, and other educational technology tools for remote instruction.
