We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Utility professional to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our production lifecycle, ensuring that our innovative products meet the high standards of quality and performance that our global customers expect. As a Production Utility specialist, you will work within a culture of achievement, assisting in the creation of finished goods and sub-assemblies that improve the lives of consumers every day.

• Assist in the daily operations of the manufacturing floor to ensure production targets and quality standards are met consistently.
• Operate and maintain specialized machinery used in the fabrication of foam products for diverse industrial applications.
• Monitor production lines to identify and resolve any mechanical or quality discrepancies promptly.
• Handle raw materials and finished goods safely, ensuring proper storage and inventory documentation.
• Collaborate with the research and development team to implement new foam technologies and production techniques.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering strictly to OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols.
• Perform routine quality inspections on sub-assemblies and finished items to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Support various departments, including logistics and fabrication, to streamline the manufacturing workflow.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment is highly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate complex machinery safely.
• Excellent physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed.
• Effective communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer literacy for logging production data and inventory tracking.
