About the Role
Paragon sits at the intersection of AI and integration infrastructure, providing product and engineering teams with the primitives to connect software fast. As the first dedicated PMM hire, you will report to the Head of Marketing and work directly with founders to build our positioning from scratch.
What you'll do:
- Own Paragon's messaging and positioning, from homepage copy to sales pitch decks and competitive battle cards.
- Build a messaging framework that serves as a shared source of truth for sales, content, and partnerships.
- Run product launches end-to-end, owning the entire process and timeline.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement assets including decks, one-pagers, and objection handling guides.
- Define ICP personas for two key segments: AI-native builders and enterprise product teams.
- Own competitive intelligence across legacy iPaaS and AI-native infrastructure competitors.
- Collaborate with product teams during the planning phase to influence the roadmap.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with experience as an early PMM hire.
- Specific experience in developer tools, API infrastructure, or technical integration products.
- A proven track record of owning company repositioning or category creation.
- Exceptional technical writing skills capable of earning trust from a developer audience.
- Hands-on experience in sales enablement, including training reps and building materials used in active deals.
- Experience managing product launches from brief through post-launch retrospectives.
