About the Role
Cosuno is on a mission to bring digital innovation to one of the world's most traditional industries. We are looking for a driven Product Manager to take charge of our subcontractor-facing platform. By joining us, you will become a key architect of a marketplace that simplifies complex procurement processes, using AI to provide intelligent insights and streamlined workflows for thousands of users across Europe. As the second Product Manager on the subcontractor side, you will have significant leverage to shape the product vision and influence how thousands of companies engage with digital construction tenders.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will take full ownership of core product areas, ensuring that our subcontractor platform remains the primary tool for construction professionals seeking new opportunities. Your focus will be on creating a seamless marketplace experience that balances user needs with business goals.
- AI Integration and Innovation: You will identify high-impact AI use cases within the subcontractor workflow, such as intelligent tender recommendations and automated bidding support, collaborating with engineering teams to bring these features to life.
- Strategic Roadmap Development: By analyzing user behavior, market trends, and product metrics, you will identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable strategic initiatives that drive marketplace liquidity.
- Iterative Product Development: You will develop clear hypotheses and validate them through rapid prototyping and experimentation, scaling successful features alongside our dedicated Design and Engineering teams.
- Full Product Lifecycle Management: From initial discovery to post-launch optimization, you will manage the entire lifecycle of new features, ensuring they meet our high standards for usability and value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will partner closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to develop robust go-to-market strategies, ensuring that new releases are effectively communicated to and adopted by our user base.
We are looking for a product professional who combines analytical rigor with a passion for emerging technologies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and understands how to navigate the complexities of a two-sided marketplace.
- Professional Experience: You bring 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, specifically within B2B SaaS environments or marketplace/platform business models.
- Marketplace Expertise: You possess a solid understanding of marketplace dynamics and have a proven ability to balance the needs of both supply and demand sides.
- Analytical Mindset: You have strong analytical skills and a talent for deconstructing complex problems into pragmatic, scalable solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: You are an early adopter of technology, confidently using AI tools such as LLM-based assistants, Model Context Protocols (MCPs), and no-code prototyping tools in your daily workflow.
- Project Management: You have deep experience managing product roadmaps, writing detailed user stories, and overseeing the full product development lifecycle.
- Communication: You are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken), allowing you to communicate effectively with our diverse team and local customer base.
