Lively is a leading health savings and benefits platform built for today's modern workforce. We make it simple for employers, brokers, and employees to maximize the value of HSAs, FSAs, HRAs, and other benefits accounts.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll lead product strategy and delivery across Lively's B2B and B2C product surfaces, from the employer dashboard and broker portal to the employee-facing app and AI-powered agent experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading product strategy and delivery across multiple digital platforms.
• Developing next-generation AI-powered benefits experiences.
• Working at the intersection of healthcare benefits, financial technology, and applied AI.
