About the Role

At DURAST, we believe that true quality is not an abstract concept defined by industry standards, but a dynamic value determined by the people who use our products every day. We are looking for a visionary Product Manager to lead our product lifecycle, ensuring that every feature and function aligns perfectly with our customers' unique expectations. Whether developing high-end durable goods or cost-effective disposable solutions, your goal will be to bridge the gap between engineering excellence and perceived user value.

As a Product Manager, you will be the primary advocate for our users, clients, and customers. You will work at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, translating complex market needs into actionable product roadmaps. This remote role requires a deep understanding of market segmentation, where you recognize that 'quality' is a variable metric dependent on the specific use case and price point. You will be responsible for defining what success looks like for each product tier and ensuring our development team delivers on that promise consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product strategy by conducting extensive user research and competitive analysis to understand diverse definitions of quality.
  • Translate customer feedback and market data into detailed product requirements and user stories for the engineering and design teams.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from initial discovery and conceptualization through to launch and iterative post-launch improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure product-market fit and effective positioning.
  • Develop and maintain a transparent product roadmap that balances short-term wins with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success based on user satisfaction, retention, and perceived value.
  • Facilitate regular feedback loops with clients and customers to pivot or refine product features based on real-world usage patterns.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within a remote or distributed team environment.
  • Proven track record of managing products across different market segments, demonstrating an ability to pivot quality standards based on target demographics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to align diverse stakeholders around a unified product vision.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and modern product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Productboard.
  • A user-centric mindset with a passion for understanding the 'why' behind customer behavior and purchasing decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field; an MBA is considered a plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary package with performance-based bonuses tailored to product success metrics.
  • Fully remote work environment providing you with the flexibility to design your ideal workspace and schedule.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans for you and your dependents.
  • Generous professional development budget to support your continuous learning in product management and leadership.
  • Paid time off, including annual leave, sick days, and mental health days to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
  • A collaborative and inclusive company culture that values diverse perspectives and empowers individual ownership.
