About the Role
Happily is looking for its first dedicated marketer to grow Arrived, an event registration and on-site check-in tool built for professional event organizers. This is a mid-level IC role with a mandate to own growth strategy and execution while working closely with the product team.
- Lead content strategy across blog posts, landing pages, newsletters, and social media for event organizers.
- Manage end-to-end SEO including keyword research and on-page/off-page optimization using Ahrefs or Semrush.
- Own HubSpot lifecycle management, including behavioral email sequences, onboarding flows, and workflow automation.
- Develop influencer and partnership marketing strategies within the event planning industry.
- Execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google.
- Analyze product data and user behavior to improve activation and retention metrics.
The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in B2B or SaaS growth marketing, deep technical knowledge of HubSpot, and strong writing skills. You should be comfortable working asynchronously in a remote, worldwide team environment.
