About the Role
Neon is seeking a high-impact Product Growth Expert to lead customer engagement and acquisition strategies for our non-credit portfolios. In this strategic, individual contributor role—equivalent to a Management level in seniority—you will serve as the primary analytical reference for the growth team, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize contribution margins and operational efficiency across the business. Key Responsibilities- Design and execute the macro-strategy for card delivery and distribution, identifying critical bottlenecks to maximize activation rates and achieve cost savings.
- Lead complex data modeling and extraction using SQL, transforming raw data into actionable strategic roadmaps that define the product's growth trajectory.
- Develop and defend sophisticated financial feasibility studies for senior leadership, linking product initiatives to core business health indicators such as LTV, CAC, and churn control.
- Architect and implement a robust experimentation framework (A/B testing) to elevate the technical rigor of product analysis and ensure solid data-backed recommendations.
- Establish governance for performance dashboards (KPIs) tailored for C-level executives, translating technical metrics into clear business narratives.
- Automate data collection and processing workflows to ensure agility, accuracy, and autonomy in recurring business reviews.
- Act as a strategic bridge between Product, Operations, and Senior Leadership, influencing cross-functional teams and removing barriers to execution.
- Proven analytical capacity with the ability to structure complex problems and translate them into prioritized action plans.
- Advanced mastery of SQL for data manipulation, extraction, and modeling in high-volume environments.
- Deep understanding of Unit Economics, P&L management, and the financial levers that drive sustainable business growth.
- Strong background in statistical experimentation, including the design and execution of A/B tests and other validation methodologies.
- Leadership by influence, demonstrating the ability to align multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholders without formal hierarchical authority.
- Strategic mindset capable of balancing long-term vision with immediate, high-quality execution.
- Preferred: Professional experience within the financial services or fintech sector.
- Preferred: Technical proficiency in Python or R for predictive modeling and advanced statistical analysis.
