Product Engineer

About the Role

SuperPlane is building an AI-native control plane for platform engineering to replace fragmented DevOps tools with a unified operational system. We are an early-stage, ambitious, and open-source company looking for builders who thrive on ownership and high-velocity shipping.

The Role

• Own projects end-to-end, moving across the full stack from backend APIs to React surfaces.
• Make high-level technical and product decisions without strict departmental silos.
• Utilize AI as a force multiplier to deliver high-quality features rapidly.
• Develop in public and contribute to open-source dev tools.

What We Are Looking For

• True full-stack capability with proficiency in Go, TypeScript, React, or similar tools.
• Strong systems judgment concerning APIs, data models, and architectural trade-offs.
• Comfort with cloud-native tooling and modern software delivery practices.
• A preference for high-impact, high-standard environments with significant upside.
