About the Role

Evio is a mission-driven pharmacy solutions company dedicated to transforming the way medications reach patients. Founded by major health plans and fueled by a commitment to transparency and clinical excellence, we are building a suite of high-impact digital tools designed to lower costs and improve healthcare experiences. As a Product Analyst on our Digital Health team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring our flagship products like Evio Connect, Insights, Engage, and Compass continue to lead the industry in innovation and efficiency.

In this dynamic, remote-first role, you will act as a central hub for product operations, working closely with cross-functional teams in analytics, technology, and client success. You are someone who thrives in the ambiguity of a fast-growing startup environment and possesses a unique blend of technical acumen, project management prowess, and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape. Your work will directly influence product adoption and the long-term success of our value-based care initiatives, helping us challenge the status quo of the pharmacy supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Operations & Optimization: Monitor product performance and refine internal processes to ensure seamless delivery and high user adoption across all digital platforms.
  • Requirement Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs and customer feedback into detailed, actionable product requirements and technical specifications.
  • Lifecycle Management: Support new product launches by managing onboarding activities, troubleshooting client issues, and coordinating cross-functional workstreams from ideation through deployment.
  • Project Leadership: Independently manage project milestones using tools like Jira and Confluence, identifying dependencies and mitigating risks to keep product development on schedule.
  • Documentation Excellence: Create and maintain a comprehensive library of product documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), data specifications, and user job aids.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Build trust-based relationships with internal teams and health plan clients, ensuring their insights are integrated into the product roadmap to drive maximum value.

Qualifications
  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or complex project management, with a strong preference for candidates coming from the healthcare or health-tech sectors.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of pharmacy benefit management (PBM), EHR workflows, clinical data exchange standards (NCPDP, HL7, FHIR), and the processes involved in medication access and prior authorization.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence. Basic to intermediate SQL skills are required for querying and troubleshooting healthcare data.
  • Startup Mindset: A high degree of comfort with ambiguity, a bias for action, and the ability to pivot quickly based on data-driven insights and changing market needs.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and communicate complex ideas with clarity and integrity.
  • Bonus Points: Prior experience taking a product from 0-1 or working specifically with pharmacy value-based care administration.

Benefits
  • Comprehensive Healthcare: Evio pays 100% of medical, dental, and vision premiums for teammates and 50% for their dependents.
  • Financial Future: 401(k) matching program where the company matches 100% of your contribution up to 5% of your salary.
  • Work-Life Balance: A flexible vacation policy that encourages teammates to unplug and recharge as needed, without fixed minimums or maximums.
  • Support for Families: Generous paid parental leave for both birth and non-birth parents to support your growing family.
  • Culture of Values: An inclusive environment that celebrates diversity, empathy, and relentless curiosity, all while maintaining a remote-first work structure.
