In this role, you will be a core contributor to our software development efforts, ensuring that our web applications are both performant and user-centric. Your daily activities will involve the following tasks:

• Develop and maintain sophisticated web applications using Vue.js as the primary frontend framework to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Architect and implement robust backend services using Java, Node.js, or similar technologies to support high-traffic applications.
• Design and optimize relational database schemas in PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server, ensuring data integrity and efficient query performance.
• Utilize the Spring Framework to build scalable, secure, and maintainable backend systems that align with industry best practices.
• Design, document, and consume RESTful APIs to facilitate smooth communication between the frontend, backend, and various third-party microservices.
• Leverage messaging brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or MQTT to manage asynchronous communication and process real-time data streams.
• Explore and integrate non-relational (NoSQL) databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, or Redis to meet specific project requirements for speed and flexibility.
• Containerize applications using Docker to streamline deployment processes and ensure environment consistency across the development lifecycle.
• Apply Clean Code principles and participate in peer code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary Scrum team, interacting with designers, business analysts, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

We are looking for candidates who possess a strong technical foundation and a proactive approach to problem-solving. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional experience working with modern frontend frameworks, with a strong preference for Vue.js, React, or Angular.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in backend development, specifically utilizing Java (Spring) or Node.js.
• Proven expertise in managing relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server, including complex query writing.
• Demonstrable experience in the design and implementation of RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with data brokers and event-streaming platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with containerization tools, specifically Docker, and an understanding of modern orchestration practices.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and a commitment to iterative development.
• A deep understanding of Clean Code principles and a passion for writing readable, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as they emerge.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
