Betfred is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a cornerstone of the global gaming industry with over 50 years of experience, Betfred operates more than 1,300 shops and employs 9,500 people worldwide. This role is pivotal in ensuring our operational frameworks remain agile and efficient as we continue our aggressive expansion across the United States and South Africa. You will be responsible for evaluating current business processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing scalable solutions that align with our commitment to high-quality customer service and responsible gambling practices.

• Analyze existing business workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for digital transformation or automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to document standard operating procedures (SOPs) that ensure consistency across global operations.
• Monitor process performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management regarding operational health and improvement ROI.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to assist teams in adopting new methodologies and streamlined workflows.
• Conduct root cause analysis on operational failures and design preventative measures to mitigate future risks.
• Ensure all process changes adhere to strict regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards across various international jurisdictions.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into functional requirements.
• Support the integration of new business acquisitions, including international betting halls and online platforms, into the core Betfred process framework.

• Proven experience as a Process Specialist, Business Analyst, or in a similar operational excellence role within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in process mapping software and project management tools.
• Experience within the betting, gaming, or fintech industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration.
