Privacy Principal Counsel

About the Role

Agoda is part of Booking Holdings, with a diverse team working across the globe to connect people with millions of travel experiences. This role involves supporting a new, stand-alone B2B entity that consolidates the B2B businesses of Booking.com, Priceline, and Agoda into a single integrated platform.

As Privacy Principal Counsel, you will work closely with colleagues across Booking Holdings Inc., Booking Holdings Financial Services, and internal partners including FinTech, Product, Fraud, and Legal. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing essential data privacy support for the New B2B Business launch and operations.
• Collaborating with strategic partners, including airlines, OTAs, and financial institutions.
• Navigating complex legal domains related to affiliate distribution, API distribution, and corporate travel.
• Interfacing with internal departments such as Internal Audit, People, and Supply to ensure privacy compliance.
