About the Role
Enterprise Mobility, encompassing world-renowned brands such as National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car, is the largest and fastest-growing private vehicle rental company in North America. With a global presence of over 9,000 locations and annual revenues exceeding $22 billion, we lead the industry in replacement vehicle services for insurance providers. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Agent to join our team in Hatillo. In this role, you will be the final touchpoint in ensuring our vehicles are pristine, safe, and ready for our customers, maintaining our reputation for excellence and reliability.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Service Agent is responsible for the comprehensive cleaning and maintenance preparation of our fleet. Your daily tasks will focus on efficiency, safety, and strict adherence to our Complete Clean Pledge. Key duties include:
- Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company standards, including vacuuming and washing cars, vans, and trucks.
- Inspecting vehicles for safety issues, reporting any warning lights, windshield chips, or tire damage to the supervisor immediately.
- Verifying fuel levels and replenishing fluids such as windshield wiper fluid and coolant as needed.
- Checking tire pressure and tread depth to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Resetting vehicle settings to erase previous customer data and managing the Lost and Found process for items left behind.
- Ensuring all vehicle documentation, including registration and license plates, is current and matches the vehicle records.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the branch office, restrooms, and parking lot areas.
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their needs and occasionally transporting customers to and from branch locations.
- Utilizing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and monitoring inventory for cleaning and detailing supplies.
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following professional and legal requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid, current driver's license issued by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
- Must maintain a clean driving record with no more than two violations or accidents within the last three years.
- Must have no DUI or DWI convictions on your driving record within the last five years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must have the flexibility to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, which includes availability for weekends and holidays.
- A proactive attitude toward self-improvement, skill development, and punctuality is essential.
