Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based individual and group clinical care tailored specifically to children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with anxiety and OCD.
- Implement family-centric treatment models, ensuring that parents and caregivers are actively involved and supported throughout the therapeutic journey.
- Utilize measurement-based care and clinical data to inform treatment planning, track patient progress, and adjust interventions for maximum efficacy.
- Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, including psychiatrists, coaches, and care coordinators, to provide a holistic and integrated treatment experience.
- Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and company standards.
- Participate in clinical supervision and team consultations to refine therapeutic skills and ensure the highest quality of patient care.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in pediatric mental health and evidence-based modalities such as CBT and ERP.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field.
- Eligibility for associate-level or pre-licensed clinical status (e.g., LMSW, LAC, MHC-LP) with the intent to pursue full independent licensure.
- Demonstrated experience or a strong clinical interest in treating pediatric anxiety, OCD, and related disorders.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with children, teenagers, and their families in a virtual setting.
