About the Role

Hyprwork is looking for a talented and creative Podcast Video Editor to join our team in a freelance capacity. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the visual storytelling for Zainab Mounabbih’s personal brand, transforming long-form podcast recordings into captivating, high-performance content. We are seeking a professional who understands the nuances of digital attention and can blend technical editing skills with a keen eye for branding and audience engagement. • Edit full-length podcast episodes, ensuring seamless transitions, high-quality audio synchronization, and visual consistency throughout.
• Identify and extract high-impact segments from long-form content to create short-form clips optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Implement creative motion graphics, on-screen captions, and visual overlays to enhance viewer retention and brand identity.
• Manage the end-to-end post-production workflow, including color grading, sound design, and noise reduction.
• Collaborate with the content strategy team to ensure all video assets align with Zainab Mounabbih’s personal brand voice and aesthetic.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithms to ensure video formats and styles are optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
• Maintain organized project files and deliver finalized assets within agreed-upon deadlines.

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio specifically showcasing podcast editing or personal brand content.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of social media storytelling and the ability to hook an audience within the first few seconds of a video.
• Experience with motion graphics and captioning tools like After Effects, Descript, or CapCut for professional-tier output.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take creative direction while offering proactive suggestions for improvement.
• High attention to detail regarding audio levels, framing, and visual continuity.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a remote, freelance environment.
