About the Role

• Customer Service: Create magical and memorable experiences by providing top-notch clinical care, easing customer concerns, and providing clear communication.
• Clinical Excellence: Maintain a sterile and aseptic environment, performing piercings with precision and using expert knowledge of skin care and infection control.
• Education: Conduct ear evaluations for placement and educate customers on aftercare protocols and Rowan's healing products.
• Studio Operations: Collaborate with the Studio Manager to maintain inventory, sterilize instruments, and ensure compliance with CDC and state guidelines.
• Sales Performance: Support studio metrics through high-quality performance, contributing to revenue growth and educating customers on hypoallergenic jewelry benefits.

• An active RN or LPN/LVN License.
• A warm, friendly, and professional customer care approach.
• Obsessive attention to detail and a team-player spirit.
• Flexibility to work a schedule including peak times, holidays, and weekends.
• Openness to all experience levels; newly licensed nurses are welcome.

• Competitive compensation: $28 base wage plus tips (estimated total up to $53/hour).
