We are seeking a highly analytical and visionary Pharmaceutical Research Specialist to join our remote enterprise team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between complex pharmacological data and high-fidelity AI modeling. You will work alongside world-class data scientists and medicinal chemists to design, validate, and optimize enterprise-level frameworks that simulate real-world biochemical interactions, ensuring our predictive models meet the rigorous standards of the global pharmaceutical industry.

• Lead the research and design of high-fidelity enterprise simulations for molecular modeling and pharmacological activity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate structured and unstructured clinical data into proprietary AI training sets.
• Conduct deep-dive literature reviews and patent analyses to inform the development of novel therapeutic pipelines.
• Validate the accuracy of AI-generated insights against established pharmaceutical benchmarks and experimental data.
• Develop standardized protocols for data curation, ensuring high levels of integrity and reproducibility in research outcomes.
• Provide expert domain guidance to software engineers to improve the biological relevance of machine learning algorithms.
• Prepare technical reports and white papers documenting research methodologies and the efficacy of enterprise AI tools.

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Masters) in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Medicinal Chemistry, or a closely related life sciences field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical research, preferably within a biotech or R&D environment.
• Proven understanding of the drug discovery lifecycle, including lead optimization and preclinical validation.
• Familiarity with computational chemistry tools or bioinformatic databases such as PubChem, ChEMBL, or PDB.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex biological data and translate it into actionable technical requirements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Experience with data science concepts or AI-driven research platforms is highly desirable but not mandatory.
