  • Drive the industry-wide adoption of best practices regarding infrastructure automation, cloud-native workflows, and modern DevOps methodologies.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze product health, iterating on features based on usage data to maximize user satisfaction and business value.
  • Provide strategic oversight for additional products or brands within the Perforce portfolio as required by the evolving needs of the business.
  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making, ensuring all roadmap prioritizations are backed by sound analysis and stakeholder consensus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a deep comfort level with technical systems, architecture, and developer-centric workflows.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, global organization.

Benefits
  • A flexible, remote-first work environment that supports a healthy work-life balance and global collaboration.
