About the Role
VulnCheck is transforming vulnerability intelligence by helping security teams act faster and with more confidence. As we scale our global footprint, we are looking for a People Operations Specialist to bring operational excellence to the systems and processes that power our team. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to build the foundation of our People function, leading global HRIS implementation and establishing compliance infrastructure across multiple international jurisdictions.
Reporting directly to the Director of Talent, you will serve as the connective tissue between high-level People strategy and day-to-day execution. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, 100% remote environment and is energized by the prospect of owning the employee lifecycle. You will have real ownership from day one, ensuring that our team members in the US, UK, Singapore, and beyond experience a seamless, high-quality professional journey.
Key Responsibilities- Lifecycle Management: Build and own the end-to-end employee experience, from developing onboarding playbooks and managing I-9 compliance to conducting exit interviews and handling jurisdiction-specific offboarding requirements.
- Global Benefits & Compliance: Stand up and manage benefits administration across the US, UK, and Singapore; maintain a multi-jurisdiction compliance calendar and facilitate EOR-to-direct employment transitions.
- Performance Infrastructure: Administer performance review cycles, including scheduling, calibration logistics, and template creation, ensuring data flows accurately into the HRIS to inform compensation planning.
- Data & Insights: Establish robust reporting on new hire feedback, attrition data, and exit themes to provide leadership with actionable insights that improve retention and engagement.
- Systems Optimization: Lead the implementation of modern HRIS tools and explore AI-driven automation to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance the future of People Operations at VulnCheck.
- Experience: At least 3+ years in People Operations, HR, Recruiting Operations, or Benefits Coordination, ideally within a high-growth startup environment.
- Global Mindset: Demonstrated experience managing HR compliance or benefits across multiple countries or jurisdictions.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms and a strong interest in utilizing AI tools to optimize departmental workflows.
- Operational Excellence: A process-oriented mindset with the ability to build, document, and maintain scalable systems over time.
- Communication & Ethics: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
