In this role, you will bridge the gap between linguistic theory and practical application, ensuring that digital learners receive the highest quality educational experience.

As a Pedagogy Specialist, you will play a critical role in the quality assurance and development cycle of English language curriculum. Your insights will directly influence the learning path of students worldwide. Your core duties include:

• Reviewing and scoring trial lesson feedback to ensure pedagogical relevance and instructional efficacy.
• Evaluating complex grammar exercises for content accuracy, clarity, and alignment with modern language acquisition theories.
• Synthesizing lesson insights to ensure that core grammar concepts build logically and sequentially, maintaining a cohesive learning journey.
• Utilizing learner performance data to identify content gaps and drive the continuous improvement of instructional materials.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine AI-assisted learning models through precise human-in-the-loop annotation and review.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of how language is learned and a passion for educational excellence. We are looking for professionals who meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, TESOL/TEFL, Applied Linguistics, or a closely related academic field.
• A robust foundation in pedagogy and language teaching methodology, with a preference for candidates who have experience in curriculum or lesson design.
• Demonstrated experience in evaluating, annotating, or quality-reviewing educational content, particularly within an EdTech or AI-driven environment.
• Advanced English proficiency equivalent to CEFR C1 or higher, featuring exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
